W H O L E F I T is a 3 month program built to help you lose weight, build muscle, move better, and feel better in everyday life, with the OPTION of discounted Nutrition Coaching.
This program is meant for people who are ready to take steps to lengthen and improve the quality of their lives, and want personal attention, but cannot budget in a personal trainer. You'll get all the perks of a personal trainer in a small, closed group setting, with 3-6 clients working with your trainer at a time. W H O L E F I T can be your main source of training, OR supplement the work you already do with a trainer.
You will work with the same group of participants the whole 3 months (no drop-ins allowed). There will be 3 or 4 sessions offered per week, you choose which package works best for your schedule. You have the opportunity to attend all 36 or 48 sessions in this 3 month program. Have to miss once in a blue moon? That's no problem! It is up to you whether you attend all three sessions per week, but we highly recommend it to see the most success.
Each client will get their body composition taken every 4 weeks to monitor success.
Workouts will be different every day and will build on one another. There will be certain skills that will be repeated and checked monthly to gage progress.
What happens after that 3 months? We will open another enrollment for you to further your progress that will build on your previous experience. We will be there for you as long as you want to commit.

How and what we are eating is 80-85% of the weight loss/muscle gaining formula. We've all heard it before, but it is worth repeating; you can't out train a bad diet. If you're not fueling your body correctly, it doesn't matter how hard you're working in the gym or on your yoga mat-you will not see the results you could be seeing if you were eating correctly for your body type, gender, age, and personal goals.
Imagine this...I lose 3 pounds through the Whole Fit training program. If I'd chosen the Whole Fit w/Nutrition option, I could have lost approximately 17 pounds instead.
