When you train with me, we will start you at a level that is right for YOU.

 Together, we will create your fitness, nutrition, and overall health goals.  
This is your journey, and it will be personalized to fit you and your needs.  

Training with me is a very personal, comfortable experience.  You have the option of training virtually over Zoom, or in my gym, located halfway between Mount Vernon and Granville, OH.  When we train, it's just you and me.  No distractions.  Just hard work and focus on your end as well as mine!  I offer a few different options:


Personal Training
​​Your trainer is with you and only you for one on one attention to detail.

Dual Training
​​Train with a friend for extra accountability!  If you and your training partner are at varying levels of fitness, that's okay!  We can still create a workout that will challenge and progress each of you in your journey.  (I do not provide training partners.)

Semi-private training  (3-5 people).  
Training with a group creates a whole different dynamic in your workouts, and gives you extra accountability.  It also takes the cost down, making this option a little easier on the budget! (I do not provide small group members.)

Personal Programming​
A budget AND schedule friendly option, I will program workouts for you to do on your own time, at home or in  a gym.  Programs include warm up, strength, metabolic conditioning, and cool down/stretch and can be purchased by the week or by the month.  Click here to get started!

WHOLE FIT
3 month Small Group Training


W H O L E   F I T  is a 3 month program built to help you lose weight, build muscle, move better, and feel better in everyday life, with the OPTION of discounted Nutrition Coaching.

​​This program is meant for people who are ready to take steps to lengthen and improve the quality of their lives, and want personal attention, but cannot budget in a personal trainer. You'll get all the perks of a personal trainer in a small, closed group setting, with 3-6 clients working with your trainer at a time.  W H O L E   F I T  can be your main source of training, OR supplement the work you already do with a trainer.

You will work with the same group of participants the whole 3 months. There will be 3 sessions offered per week, you choose which package works best for your schedule.  You have the opportunity to attend all 36 sessions in this 3 month program. Have to miss once in a blue moon?  That's no problem!  It is up to you whether you attend all three sessions per week, but we highly recommend it to see the most success.

Each client will get their body composition taken every 4 weeks to monitor success.

Workouts will be different every day and will build on one another. There will be certain skills that will be repeated and checked monthly to gage progress.

How and what we are eating is 80-85% of the weight loss/muscle gaining formula. We've all heard it before, but it is worth repeating; you can't out train a bad diet. If you're not fueling your body correctly, it doesn't matter how hard you're working in the gym or on your yoga mat-you will not see the results you could be seeing if you were eating correctly for your body type, gender, age, and personal goals.

Imagine this...I lose 3 pounds through the Whole Fit training program. If I'd chosen the Whole Fit w/Nutrition option, I could have lost approximately 17 pounds instead.
