After answering a few lifestyle questions, your unique daily macronutrient (proteins, carbohydrates, and fats) count will be calculated and a PDF file sent to your email so you can start meeting your physique goals, and feeling GOOD in your skin!  The PDF document also includes pages of tips on HOW to translate these macronutrient numbers into your daily eating habits. It will show your how to break them into meals and what your portion sizes will look like. Any questions you have after looking through your materials will be directed to Sarah at shaktifityoga@gmail.com.

-An approach to nutrition that is unique to YOU and your needs.  We start where you are and make lasting changes together with close communication and tracking of progress through pictures, body composition readings, and/or other methods, depending on your needs. 

-Nutrition Templates that tell you how many proteins, carbohydrates, and fats to eat each meal, each day, depending on your activity level. 

-These templates change as we progress toward your goals.  


-An average of 2-8 lbs lost per month.

-Weekly check-ins and a Body Composition Consult every 4-6 weeks where you will meet with Sarah to find your body fat percentage (if you are local).
-Unlimited access to your coach for questions and support.
