1 apple, cored and cut into chunks
1 ripe pairs, cored and cut into chunks
1 c. water
1 lemon, juiced
1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
2 kale leaves, rinsed and torn
Handful of spinach leaves
1 kiwi, peeled
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1. Place all ingredients into food processor and puree. Refrigerate before drinking.
