These are SO tasty! Omigosh! Make them...now. No sugar or sweetener added. Just pure, healthy goodness.
2 1/2 scoops Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein, or around 50-55 grams of the protein of your choice
1/2 c Oat Flour
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp PB2 powder (or regular peanut butter)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 egg or egg replacer (such as Ener-G)
1/2 c almond milk or mild of choice (slowly add a bit more at a time if your mix seems to dry)
1/4 c applesauce
1/4 c plain coconut or soy yogurt
1/4 crushed walnuts
Pinch sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and walnuts and stir thoroughly. Spray donut pan with coconut or extra virgin olive oil. Pour mix into pan. Bake for 13 minutes. I put some PB2 (mixed with water, as directed on the container) on top.
